The divine goddess Durga manifests in nine forms known as Navdurga, each symbolizing unique powers such as love, strength, grace, and wisdom. Celebrated during four annual Navratris—two public and two secret (Gupt)—these forms guide devotees toward spiritual growth and protection. Gupt Navratris are observed privately by Sadhaks and Tantriks to attain Siddhis through Mahavidya worship. The nine days are divided among Durga (power), Lakshmi (prosperity), Saraswati (knowledge), and Siddhidatri (spiritual fulfillment). According to scriptures, Durga’s arrival during Navratri is marked by symbolic vehicles depending on the weekday, indicating peace, conflict, or abundance.
